Presenting: Gnar Bars
Finally a white puck from the minds of BV.
After a month or two of deciding, asking, talking, testing, we're super happy to finally get these out to the public. White pucks from Black Velvet Slide Pucks, we call these babies Gnar Bars.
Same statistics as our original pucks. Half an inch thick, 3" x 3" in width and length, beveled edges and sanded sides and corners.
Extremely slippery puck, PHENOMENAL wear resistance, does not heat up like the conventional slide puck would.

Prices are not yet decided (the price change will be minimal, if any). These are IN STOCK now and are sitting around in our warehouse waiting to get used up!

Supporting our Partners
First off, I would like to tell all of you that Stoked Skateboards will now be stocking our pucks! They also sell tons of other longboarding gear so check'em out!

Also, Chris and I are both big supporters of Koastal Skateboards over in Laguna Niguel. Some of the sickest board-walking and cruising boards I've ever ridden. Perfect for every type of riding.

The Sandwich Bevel
--New release-- The Sandwich bevel

Here it is..
This is BV's newest product or add-on, the Sandwich bevel (palm pucks).
What's the purpose?
If you ride hard, you know your original bevel eventually disappears. The sandwich bevel allows you to flip your puck around and ride on the other side, which will double the life of your puck (as if they don't last long enough already).
How does ordering this work?
For velcro additions for Sandwich beveled palm pucks, in addition to adding the usual velcro attachment, we will give you the option of ordering two extra 3" x 3" pieces of velcro for adding to the flipped puck for $2.00 (same price as adding velcro to a normal puck order).
How do I do it?
Once the bevel on one side is destructed, rip the puck off your glove. Flip the puck, rip off your old velcro (or attach the new velcro if you choose to order it), and stick it on the destructed side. Viola, new BV ready to slide on.
Price for adding the Sandwich?
Sandwich beveled palm pucks will be only $3.00 extra. ($8.00 + $3.00 = $11)
The sandwich bevel has been tested by our rider Michael Freifeld for months. It was originally supposed to be a speedboard puck because of the minor weight change but it somehow doubled as a "double-puck."
This puck will be very useful and worth it to sliders who have no mercy for their slide pucks. The Sandwich bevel will also work best if you have the right puck placement on your hand so that your puck shaves evenly. It is vital to have correct puck placement if you want to keep your pucks for a long long time.
